What is Educational Law:

The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA):

Individualized Educational Program (IEP):

An Individualized Educational Program, also known as an IEP, is a plan that is tailored to each individual child with a disability. Children with disabilities have to face school with insufficient support from their educators. They have to follow the educators plan without any assistance or special accommodations. When an IEP is implemented for your child, educators are made aware of the special accommodations that your child needs. From extra time on a test to reduced assessments. We work on getting your child what succeed in school.
